The Primary Functions of a Property Manager

There are three primary goals for a property manager, whether that property be commercial or residential.  They are:

1.  Achieve the objectives of the property owner.

2.  Generate income for the owner.

3.  Preserve or increase the value of the property.

Though the job of a property manager breaks down into much smaller, definable tasks and functions, these are the overarching goals.  Everything done, from leasing, marketing, budgeting, maintenance, etc. must be aimed at those 3 goals, to not only make for a happy owner, but for a successful property as well.

Yucca means a very common vegetable for Puerto Ricans.

I had the opportunity to work as the property manager.  I really enjoyed doing duties,  I did very well, however when I did it. I was on summer vacation.  I am a Paraeducator.  The owner of the property fired his management Company, so I was ask to stayed working for new owner but I choose not to due to It was my first experience and I didn't want to jeopardize my position as Paraeducator. 

I will like to work again as a property manager part-time I am bilingual fluent in Spanish and English.

Would you or do you know who can hire me.
