FLORIDA'S HOUSING MARKET IS IMPROVING/CAN WE BE FAR BEHIND?

By

Florida's existing home sales rose in July 2009. This is the 11th month in a row that sales activity increased in the year-to-year comparison, according to the latest housing data released by the Florida Association of Realtors® (FAR).

Keep it coming Florida because this is not only good news for Florida but for the entire housing market.

You bet cha!  In my area, Franklin, NC we depend on Florida doing well for our market to improve here.  Atlanta is another one.

Good luck June,

Florida, California and even Nevada affect us all because the nationwide public perception of what is going on in housing is influenced by what they hear about these markets.  So I am pulling for these areas to recover big time.
