Last week I listened to a webinar on Potato Chip Marketing by Jennifer Cummings and really enjoyed it!!  We are trying out her marketing tools PCMTools.com and wanted to see if anyone else is utilizing them and what his/her thoughts are on it!  PLEASE SHARE!

Jennifer has a similar mindset to us:  IT SHOULD BE ABOUT THE CLIENT!  Sometimes we get so focused on trying to appease the seller that we forget that we are trying to attract the buyer and the seller and buyer have VERY different thoughts!  I hope to hear more from Jennifer at the SC Association of REALTORS Conference in September!

Hi Lauren, I'm not familiar with Potato Chip Marketing but am interested in seeing what others have to say about it.  I'll come back to your post to read some of the comments.

Potato chip marketing?  Never heard of it. Can't wait to find out more and see what it's all about. We've gotta get creative in 2010!  Thanks for sharing!

I've been doing some research on Jennifer Cummings and the PCM.  On Jennifercummings.com she talks about a 7 step approach/report for low cost marketing and provides a link for a free download. The link doesn't work. Have you heard of this or do you have access to an active link? 

I'd definitely like to get a good look and see if it is something we could incorporate into our 2010 marketing plan.
