A Unique Anderson Business That Your Clients Might Need

At first I thought it was a joke when doggiedoocare started following me on twitter. But when I saw Peter Fontaines' profile, and that this is actually a legitimate local business. Check out their website. In my normal fashion I had to make a funny or smart remark but I started thinking about all the homeowners with dogs that might need the services of DoggieDooCare. I contacted them and asked if it would be Ok to blog about it.Why?

Can you imagine showing a home and your client steps in something? A stinky end to the showing without a doubt. And the potential buyer, when they think about this home, they are not going to think about the home but the stuff they stepped into! A big pile of Fido's excrement is not going to put someone in a house buying mood!

I am sure that those that know me will think this is a joke, but if it means helping a local business, which you know I am adamant about, and if it could help a client sell a home, then why not?

Having a big cookout and don't want the same argument as last time about who is going to clean the yard?

Got young children that play outside and you want to ensure a clean safe environment for them?

Not a job I would want, but we talk about niche markets all the time. This entrepreneur has found a business that is almost guaranteed to have little competition. Years ago I owned a Rottweiler, and cleaning the yard was not fun. But I did it because I loved the dog. Lost her in a divorce, man I miss that dog. But not the yard clean up.

Anyways, after the initial shock that a business like this even exists, start thinking about it seriously. And I bet all you dog owners out there will consider using DoggieDooCare.com

It's a very viable service.  I hate dodging landmines when I show a house.

That is exactly what I thought Brian. Unique and definitely a niche market. Probably do not have to worry about competition either.

Oh, ABSOLUTELY. This is a niche market that many have already taken advantage of. Can't remember what book right now, but (I will come back and fill in the blanks when I remember) I was JUST reading about someone who makes bank doing this and loves their job.

My dog thinks that when I pick up after her a certain day each week, it is the greatest thing! She hears the rustle of the trash bag and sees me gather my 'tools' and she starts dancing around like it's New Years Eve. HAHA

So the poo-poo-pickup artist probably won't get my business--I couldn't deprive Lunie of the thrill of seeing how whipped she has me!
