Open Houses

Open Houses are an important part of providing great customer service to your sellers as well as one of the most effective ways of meeting potential buyers and future sellers. However, most agents struggle to have successful Open Houses.  If you are holding Open Houses and not getting the results that you want, ask yourself the following questions:

  1. Are you holding open houses that last all afternoon?

  2. Are you talking with buyers who are pre-approved for their loan?

    3.   Are you holding one Open House at a time?

If you answered "YES" to any of these questions then you are most likely doing Open Houses the old fashioned way! We recommend using an innovative system of doing 15-Minute Open Houses and showing 6 to 8 properties in less than 2 hours. Sound impossible?

I will implement "the 15-Minute Open House Tour" into my business today. By holding Open Houses my sellers will benefit from the marketing, my pipeline of buyers and future sellers will improve due to my follow up after the Open Houses.

Hmm.....you have to be able to have a large enough group of buyers that are looking for the "same type of house" in order for this to work.
