Have you had at one time in your best year in real estate? And even more importantly, how many of them actually closed and what did you have to do to keep your sanity during all of this?
I was fortunate enough to have 14 residential homes pending and waiting to close. It was so hard keeping them all straight and yet nothing major happened to jeopardize any of them from closing. I was going over the new figures each time another offer was accepted and turned to pendings. I was always told not to count commissions until they were in hand, but this time it all worked out over a period of about 60-90 days.
So how many did everyone have on the hook at once during the hottest market you've ever been in? Did you find it hard to juggle so much at once and not lose good service?
