OK now I know there was a reason why I loved Active Rain so much. I have learned such a great deal from all you veterans out there. I can't remember who blogged about facebook.com first, but I'm so glad I joined. I recently posted a listing I got about a week ago and plan on posting the one I got this week on it. I posted it yesterday and already got emails regarding it. Yeepii Not only that I got another email from a couple that are relocating down here from GA. They were only looking for a rental, I told them no problem.  I met with them this morning and we found a place. They filled out the necessary paperwork and are heading back to GA in the morning, they move in July 15. How great is that. I still can't believe it. I should have signed up much sooner. Oh wait, I didn't know about it til you guys blogged on it. So once again THANK YOU ACTIVE RAIN for being such a great site.

I like facebook, I think it is an easy way to stay in touch with people.  Where did you post your listing, in the market place or as a note on your profile?

Awesome!  I'm a member at Facebook and Myspace but really haven't figured out Facebook yet.  Didn't know you could post a listing over there.  Craigslist is another popular listing tool.

I posted under marketplace. It was very simple. Will be posting another listing there tom once I take the property pictures. I also post to craiglist, I just started posting to backpage.com. Its a site that competes with craiglist. We'll see how that goes.
