You'll Love Living in Cramer Mountain...

ONE OF THE BEST THINGS ABOUT THE CRAMER MOUNTAIN NEIGHBORHOOD IS ITS LOCATION... On one of North Carolina's most breathtaking areas, wrapped in its own cocoon behind a guarded and gated entrance, a world away from the hustle and bustle with a secluded mountain resort-like setting that's only minutes from everything.  The 24 hour gate, with live attendants, provides residents peace of mind, which increases property values.  People love the sanctuary, country club/resort living and are willing to pay extra to enjoy it.  Cramer Mountain Country Club has an allure unlike any neighborhood setting in the entire State. Each home and home site is unique and special - this is not your average cookie cutter neighborhood. The strict architectural review has allowed Cramer Mountain to evolve into a true gem through the years.

THE NATURAL BEAUTY... Each season is a delight.  In the spring time the Dogwood trees begin a theatrical performance that rivals any Broadway show.  The summer time is symphony, lush and with colors of brightly colored flowers and smells of freshly mowed fairways.  Fall is spectacular, as Mother Nature takes your breath away  with her paintings of  leaves turning colors that remind me of the first time I stood in awe in front of a Van Gough painting, with his broad brush strokes of red, green, and yellow.  Winter opens up the valley view from the clubhouse to the distant skyline of Charlotte, where you'll view the twinkling lights of the city like a magical land in the evenings.

THE RESORT LIVING....Cramer Mountain Golf Course is not only challenging to your game, but invites you to enjoy its grandeur.  The staff does a marvelous job keeping the course in PGA condition all-year long. The golf pros also keep the members motivated by providing fun tournaments during the year.

•·         Lighted Hydro-Soft tennis courts and a fantastic tennis pro staff.

•·         Waveless Olympic sized swimming pool is convenient and accessible.

•·         Want to work out?  The Nautilus equipment is waiting, but I'd rather take a hike hills of               Cramer Mountain; a formidable workout in itself.

CONVENIENT LOCATION... Traffic and commuting can be stressful.  One of the things I loved about living at Cramer Mountain is its close proximity to Uptown Charlotte or South Park Mall.  All of the conveniences of the City is a short 20 minute drive away.

AIRPORT CONVENIENCE....12 Miles to Charlotte Douglas International says it all!

CONVENIENT DINING...Our own clubhouse offers excellent food, but for a change 20 minutes will get you to Lake Wylie, or 25 minutes will have you uptown Charlotte enjoying some of the finest restaurants you can find.

ENTERTAINMENT IS AT YOUR FINGERTIPS... When you live so close to everything, it's difficult deciding what to do. If shopping is your bag, you are a short drive to South Park Mall, North Lake Mall, Carolina Place Mall, Concord Mills Outlet Mall as well as our Westfield Mall in Gastonia. If you enjoy the performing arts, Blumenthal Performing Arts Center is perfect for you. The Broadway Lights series brings NY shows to our stage.

Master Gardeners and nature lovers have a place to go as well. Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens is an amazing site that changes each visit. Hiking Crowder's Mountain State Park is exuberating. The list goes on... Schielle Museum of Natural History, US National White Water Center, Discovery Place Science Museum all within a quick drive.

....So, with all this, why live anywhere else?
