Sonoran Property Inspections- Phoenix Home Inspection

By
Home Inspector with Sonoran Property Inspections LLC

Sonoran Property Inspections discovered a pretty serious issue that we wanted to share while doing a Phoenix Home Inspection today. This was on a home that is only a few years old and was built by a very well known builder. I wanted to point this out to demonstrate one more reason why you should get a home inspection not only when your buying a home but on a yearly basis so you know how your home is performing for you. Check this out:

I love doing these inspections, I know I am helping my clients learn about their homes and at the same making sure they are safe in the process. We're always happy to talk to you, give us a call at 480-415-7977 to see how we can help you with your home inspection needs.

Looks like it might be an improperly wired multi-wire circuit where both hots are connected to the same phase and are combining current on the neutral instead of canceling each other out.   Good catch.
