holidays work do you work during the holiday's

Jingle bell jingle bell jingle bell rock.....What a blessed time of the year and happy holidays to all.  Do people buy or sell home during December?  That is not a question.  The question is DO YOU HELP PEOPLE buy or sell property in December?  People that need to buy will buy.  People that need to sell, will sell.  That is the way it goes.  The rest of the world doesnt shut down Christmas.  You need to, and must do time for your family, friends, love ones etc....The same time their are people that NEED your help.  Clients purchase and sell for all sorts of reasons during this time of year.  Let me ask you a question, if a buyer is motivated, and quailfied why wont they go out looking and BUYING during the holidays?  They are looking to get it over with and enjoy the holidays just like you are!  If I put my home up for sale I am looking to get it done, get myself in position to enjoy the holidays just like everyone else.  Be smart, work efficient and be merry!

I pretty much work 24/7 so whether it's a holiday or not .... I'm available.  But then again, I don't have a spouse or children who need my attention.......just a demanding puppy who makes me take breaks.    I enjoy working so in that way I'm very lucky.

The only times I don't work are when my health will not allow me to work. Otherwise I am committed to my clients and will be ready when they need me.

Thats good everybody.  Nothing wrong with working all the time or on call all the time as long as it is by CHOICE.  If that is what you prefer to do GREAT!  I am a work nut too, but I do take time for my family, my kids.  Wont get that time back.  I also do not just take off the month and leave good clients out to dry.  It is a tough balance.  I really talking about those people who say THERE NOTHING GOING ON SO I AM NOT WORKING.  That is BS.  You guys all disprove that theory!  Blessings and continued success!
