Cranberry Bread Recipe

Cranberry Bread Recipe - Happy Holidays!  Thanks to Stacy McCullough for sharing this Cranberry Bread Recipe with me.  I love to bake during the holidays.  It provides a calm time where I can stop and appreciate my surroundings without all the stess.  I hope you are enjoying the holidays!

Merry Christmas!

This was one of the things I loved about being at home for the holidays...the great smells. Now, my Mom is not able to bake (back problems don't let her stand for that length of time) and I don't bake as then I have to eat it all and I can tell you I don't need it!

Thanks for sharing....I still could be tempted!

Hi Melinda, I'm hooked on cranberries lately!  I can't drink enough cranberry & pomegranate juice -- I think the cranberry bread will go very nicely with it!  Thanks!

I'm making cranberry-oatmeal cookies tomorrow morning with my grandson.

I like to make oatmeal cookies at this time of year.  This time I'm substituting cran-raisins for grape raisins.  Mostly for Christmas color...but then I did here over the supermarket loudspeaker that cranberries are especially healthy ...and great for warding off memory problems.

At least I think I heard that at the supermarket....if I remember correctly.

Love those cranberries and anything made with them. I make a cranberry loaf of bread but I am going to try this, you bet.
