I tried to find a suitable subject for a blog post on Christmas Eve, but many of my ideas just didn't seem suitable. Talking about upgrading your kitchen to help sell your home or what kind of mortgage is the best, just didn't quite seem appropriate on this special day.
So I've opted instead, to just wish everyone a wonderful holiday with all the blessings that may happen your way - special times making memories with family and friends, beautiful scenes of Christmas lights, happy children getting that special gift they've been excited about for weeks, and great food on the big day.
Perhaps your special wish for the coming year is to purchase a home of your own. Glenview, Wilmette, or Northbrook are all areas that can offer a great education for your children, accessibility to a good job in the city without having to live in the city, and friendly neighbors, ready to celebrate Christmas 2010 with you in your new home.
These areas are all accessible to the great activities to be found in Chicago, not just at Christmastime but year-round. Whether it's Christmas shopping, visiting the zoo, or going to shows, Chicago has this and much more to offer it's suburban neighbors.
So have a Merry Christmas and then contact the Marla Schneider Team to help you start the new year in a new home. By this time next year, you could be decorating your Christmas tree in your own home in Glenview or Wilmette. Contact Marla to see how she can help. She can even give you the latest information about the home buyer tax credit for first time buyers and repeat buyers,,
