I had to share my latest experience with you. I am sure it has, or will, happen to you. I have three wonderful children, who are now adults. They all make me very proud. Good citizens, kind and considerate of others and they really are motivated.
My youngest Daughter is, now, looking for a house. She has spent the most time with me, during my real estate career. I obtained my license when she was in nursery school. She has come to closings with me, waited for me while I was out showing homes, taken messages for me, set up my computer programs and systems, given my name for referrals, and when she graduated college, she worked for me.
Let me say, she is very motivated to find a home. She has access to my IDX system and hasn't missed a listing. She knows how to comp it, qualify herself for the loan, set up the showing, and is ready to negotiate the deal! LOL! She always stated that she would never become a Realtor. She remembers the days when I worked seventy hours a week. It is a profession that takes much of your time. Though, since joining Buffini and Company, eight years ago, I have better time management and more time with my family.
I believe that she would be an excellent Realtor, but, for now, she is the buyer:) A very educated, motivated buyer!
