This year can be great if the salespeople realize that they need to establish the relationships, work their market, educate themselves, give the highest quality of customer service, and ASK FOR THE REFERRAL.  Amazing concept, but I think those of us who are still around have this ability and need to continue working diligently to improve themselves.  This can and will be an exciting year.
