Portofino Grande in Palm Coast's new Town Center

 Rendering of Portofino Grande

The Town Center development is going to change the face of Palm Coast. Imagine a new development with multiple shopping centers, an outdoor theatre and more amenities than you can imagine. All of this will be a short walk from your front door at The Portofino Grande. This very prestigious is at the heart of Town Center and boasts very luxurious living. Each unit will be three to four stories tall and include its own elevator, top of the line Italian cabinetry, and more.

The first group of units are being offered at only $250/square foot making them the best priced luxury living in the area. While organized through the state of Florida as a condominium, the design is more similar to a luxury townhome with each unit having its own garage and balconies all the way up. With 132 units in total, and ranging from 2700 to 3000 square feet each, the development is quite spectacular.

Amazingly, the monthly maintenance fee not only includes the standard amenities but also provides each owner with access to the Grand Club and its collection of golf courses, pools, and club houses.

John,

Great post.  I agree that Town Center will be a great addition to our community.  Do you happen to know the expected availability of these units?

Kathy - These units will be available about one year after there are 20 contracts. We're still collecting them.

I also think that there will be more progress once the Super Target is in and the downtown area begins and people can really see what Town Center will be. Don't you agree?

Thanks for the information.  You are absolutely right about the attraction.  Super Target is a much welcomed addition to the area.
