Now I know some of you aremaking so much money that you really don't want to be bothered listing or showing rentals. But I would bet you wouldn't have to look very far for a Realtor who would not only take the listing they would do it correctly.
Today I was looking over my hot sheet and came accross an expired rental (180 days) that was in a nice area and maybe a little overpriced but not ridiculous. I thought I would take a look at the listing to see why and if it was worth pursuing. Under at least three quarters of the categories the only thing it said was "see remarks", the strange thing was there were no remarks to be found, nor were there room sizes, indoor pictures, ans as I know these units I am pretty sure they had the rooms listed on the wrong floors.
Besides for the fact that I,m pretty sure this realtor had never been inside the unit the little information I found was either exagerated or incorrect. What a surprise the unit wasn't rented.
Now call me crazy but I believe if you take on any job you should do it to the best of your ability or not do it at all. Everythting I do is for the glory of god.
