It's a Heat Wave in Texas.......

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Miller Homes Group

Nice warm day in Tyler Texas. Record snow fall and fun to be had by all. We all came in and to our joy the phone is ringing. I hope everyone stays safe and enjoys the show mother nature has to offer. Have a great snow day with the kids today.

There should be a snow man in front of the building with a Realtor Board lapel pin on him.

Terry - great shot, really like the way it all contrasts. This year could be the first recorded year of snow in all 50 states. Florida is supposed to get a couple inches this afternoon.

Wow Terry, good to see you are still alive and kicking! We seem to be the only people in the nation with no snow...
I hope you're having a great Friday,
Paul

I heard on Fox news today that it is the first time in recorded history that there is snow being reported in every state.  I am so glad to see that your area is full of sun and fun.  ;-)

That Global Warming is a Biyatch.  Maybe if Al Gore spends less time with his jet idling on runways around the world the temps would get back to "normal"... whatever that is.

Well, this is certainly not global warming in my eyes.  Guess that's why it's now called Climate Change.

BS.

Wow, Terry. That's a lot of snow. We got snow around us up in the mountains yesterday and the air is crisp and COLD! The day before we'd been outside in shorts.

Terry,

It looks like that PROBLEM I've seen showing itself across the nation this year. It's "global cooling".

BTW: The new building looks grand!
