We all talk about the "BANK BAIL OUTS" . . .  which OVERSHADOWS one fact:

MILLIONS OF AMERICANS have made -- or will make -- a "BAIL OUT" OF THEIR OWN . . .  

. . . OUT OF THEIR HOMES!!

1)  Banks get bail outs

2)  Homeowners are FORCED to Bail OUT!

3)  Politicians appear to be "BAILING" too . . .

Are you following the news?  Do you find it the interesting that Sen. Evan Bayh has decided to bail-out 'retire' from his Senate seat?  He's a relatively young man with a future in politics, but he decided to BAIL RETIRE.  Why is that??  Maybe he smells such rotting and decaying flesh he can't figure out how to hold his nose any longer.  The new ad campaign slogan for any politician that wants to use it is:  "Don't Fire Me . . . I Quit!"

I'm not Democratic or Republican:  they ALL sink stink!  NO ONE has helped the American public.  The Dems and Reps should merge and call themselves the OSTRICH party. 

Not one 'voted / elected' official has done SQUAT for their constituents

How do I know?

Because the NEXT WAVE TSUNAMI hasn't even hit yet, and that will come in the form of two things: a CREDIT CRUNCH and INFLATION.  

Since Fall 2008 no one in Congress has set out to work on anything even remotely SUBSTANTIVE to HELP AMERICAN Homeowners.

Loan Modifications are a JOKE!!  Short Sales are another one.  And Foreclosures are the kick them when they're down finality.

MILLIONS of Americans' credit is ruined or will be.  You do realize that, don't you?!?   You think loans are going to be as they were 2-3 years ago?  Have a bankruptcy back then . . . no problem, as long as it was 3 years (water under the bridge) FHA gave you a loan.  You think those loans are going to happen any time soon?

Americans are PENALIZED with RUINED CREDIT! with ANY of the below:

  • Short sale -- your credit is ruined.
  • Foreclosure -- your credit is ruined.
  • Bankruptcy -- your credit is ruined.

And in the years to come . . . are they going to qualify to purchase anything? (That's the CREDIT CRUNCH)

And if they do get a credit card, or mortgage . . . at what interest rates? (That's the INFLATION)

Millions of Americans are forced to "BAIL-OUT" of their homes, and their CREDIT IS RUINED.  Banks are staying afloat EITHER WAY!!  Either through Uncle Sam, or through hikes in ALL THINGS banking. 

Why do I keep repeating:  Businessmen, they drink my wine!

It's getting hard out here for a currency speculator, stock investor, banker PIMP, with a whole lotta  politicians err, I mean rats bitches bailing jumping ship.

Great Post. There is tremendous anger at the system and the people that run it. I'm certainly angry too. I don't feel like the people we've sent to DC care at all about us. Thanks for putting our frustration to print!

Carla, we are really facing some challenges. It is amazing how much control is exercised behind the sences everyday.  People buy a home have it 3 years make the payment and no principle is paid down, the banks make the interest and get the house in the end.

Hi Ross -- yes the cans are getting smaller, and ice cream cartons (which is probably a good thing).  Cost the same.  A gallon is still a gallon, and a dozen is still a dozen.

Hi Mike -- and that's why Jesus preached about the meek . ..  and something about inheriting the earth.  I don't bow down to men, no matter how 'big' they "think" they are.

Hey Joseph . . . they do not care.  The FHA, Fannie and Freddie, et al. allowed Americans to purchase homes.  The minute the market turned south, the collective gov did absolutely nothing but kick these homeowners out.  The gov put them in, the gov kicked them out.

Hi Nick -- You SAID IT!!  The banking industry DESIGNED that system.  They created the first 3-7 years of SHEER interest payment -- the creme off the top -- no principle reductions.  The created a system, and when homeowners got bogged down by it (decline in values/equity) they left us ALL out to dry.  That's why I call them PIMPS.
