The FIRST thing that agents should tell their buyers is to take a GOOD exterior photo of your property for future marketing...why would anyone put a photo of a home with SNOW in it is stupid!!!  Most agents won't change it and it would be SO easy to download older MLS photo to use until new one without snow is available....

Valid point Wallace. Most of the time owners will have suitable photos, but I don't think using previous MLS photos is Kosher. I believe it's a violation.
