Stay Cool in the summer months

Whew, well we all know that it is hot and we officially all must have our A/C pumping out the air on a very constant basis.  It is very important to maintain your A/C units, having a service checkup once a year is not a bad idea.  You could also make sure that when you do shut the unit off that you allow at least 10 minutes to go by before you use it again, this way the pressure will have time to equalize.  Try to keep the area around your unit clean or dirt, plants etc, you want enough air to properly be able to flow through your system.  Make sure that you keep up on the changing of your air filters, try doing this at least once a month.

You may have a problem if you see anything leaking from duckwork, etc.

Try to keep anything that might adjust the temperature away from your thermostat, things may include common household things as lamps, electronics, etc.

There is hope to save some money when you have those high Aizona summer bills.  You may want to install a programmable thermostat, let the program remember instead of you!

Use your ceiling fans!!!!!!

Notice what color your window shades and blinds are, darker colors attract more heat.

Stay cool and enjoy our beautiful state. The monsoons are starting now so I am sure we are all busy cleaning our pools from all the dust.

It was good to see the rain though ;)
