I just talked with a good friend of mine from Cincinatti who updated me on the market.  It seems to be a little tough out there as well.  So that's good news if things are turning around.  I hope you see that trend continue.

all of 08 and start of 09 was awful here, however, I helped more people and had more transaction in 09 then any other time in my short 4 year career. I believe the numbers are stable here, there is just a price braket that moves slower 210k and up, however 210k and below is really entry level first time home buyers bracket and thats whats moving in many market places. Different place have different entry level house prices.
