John, great job encouraging buyers to go to the fair. So much has changed in the past 4 years in real estate and requirement to purchase a home. This week alone we learned FHA buyers need "renter's insurance" for condo's called  H06 WALLS IN and Betterment insurance. It used to be necessary for the entire association to get all the homeowners covered and collect from each one in order for the loan to fund. NOW, BofA has made an exception and they will accept for buyers to get individual coverage for their unit with the insurance company of their choice.

Buyers can learn about these and other issues that will effect them when they purchase and this home buyers fair.
