Mood drives reality

Over the years I've read a lot of articles on how mood affects our business and personal lives.   It's true.  Our mood affects just about everything in our lives....and is our security blanket when things don't always go the way we planned.

The way we feel has a way of rubbing off on others and influencing their thinking as well.   Positive begets positive.....Negative begets negative.

A healthy lifestyle is a good way to re-enforce a positive attitude.  Eat well and exercise regularly.   When you feel good about yourself mentally and physically you naturally exceed in other areas.

How many of us have the ability to maintain a good sense of humor and laugh at ourselves?

When you genuinely feel good about who you are and what you do......when you put others first with a sincere desire to improve their lives, you're more likely to win friends and influence people......and that has a way of translating into success.

Striving for happiness and success should always come before striving for dollars.   Everything in this world has a natural progression.

                                  Thanks.  Sincerely, David

David: I agree. I would also add that gratitude immediately facilitates a positive frame of mind. It is too easy to focus on what we don't have that we want but how about focusing on what we do have and what we don't have that we DON'T want? Just 3-5 minutes a day spent reflecting and being truly grateful goes a long way!

Great attitude.  Edorphins are produced when you workout, and it usually makes you feel great for quite a while afterwards.

I'm a glass half full kind of gal.  It really helps with the attitude, particullarly in this real estate market.
