Short Sales done right with Equator

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams

By now you have heard that Bank Of America and GMAC (and many more to come) are processing their Short Sales using a software platform known as Equator (formerly REO Trans)

When Equator first started out a few years ago its main purpose was to be used as an automated platform for REOs to be used by Servicers, Lenders, Asset Managers and even vendors.  Of course as the demand for Short Sales have grown so has the demand for a platform to streamline the process and in my opinion the team at Equator has delivered.

Click HERE to watch my video blog we recorded yesterday outside of the Equator offices in Los Angeles, California.  The team at Equator has a lot of good ideas and tools in store for those of us in the Real Estate industry.

For more information on Equator and the Short Sale process in general visit our daily video blog at www.ShortSalePowerHour.com
