Credit Implications for Distressed property Owners

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams

There's been alot of confusion out there regarding the credit implications for home owners that have faced foreclosure, facing foreclosure, short sales and deeds in lieu. Not only are there many sources of information regarding this subject (some are confusing) but these sources are constantly changing and updating. Trying to keep track of it all can be a daunting task. This article by Realty Times does a really good job laying out this information. Having helped clients who have gone through the "distressed" property cycle and are now buying again, the information provided by Realty Times is very accurate.
