Sierra Bonita Apartments is the first all-affordable mixed-use project in the East Side Redevelopment Area in the City of West Hollywood.

A portion of the ground floor commercial area will accommodate West Hollywood Community Corporation's offices in addition to another non-profit organization.

The building was designed by award winning architect Patrick Tighe

That's an impressive array of solar components, both active and passive.  It seems to be a great design fulfilling an unacceptable void.  Thanks!
