Hi Marzena,

Always good to check our stats.  I think most of us are finding that prices are upticking a bit, and there is more competition in the first time buyer category.  With the warm weather and a little sunshine everything looks better.

Mary Jo,

Competition in the first time buyer price ranges is really heating up.  Buyers who take their time deciding on making an offer may very well loose out on a good home.
