Lisa you did Glade Crossing proud with this post. What a beautiful place to call home! Can you imagine coming home after a long day and passing through that entrance with the flowers and fountain and then pulling into the driveway of that gorgeous home?

Fabulous value.  Those homes in my area would be 2-5 times the price depending on location.

I love to keep up wit prices of homes across our country.  It helps me understand the screaming on the phone when folks from OK call and learn of our home prices.

Lisa:

Great job with the Localism post! I liked that collage of the entrance especially. Good information, too; nice job of getting that tax credit snuck in there, too.

Congratulations on your star - especially on a Localism post!!! Great presentation. It gives me a good all around feeling and knowledge about the community if I was a buyer in your area. I know whom to call!

Al & Peggy, I love to drive by this neighborhood, especially this time of year.  Thanks,

Lenn, I know what you mean.  When I moved here from Austin a couple of years ago, I was shocked at what I could purchase and get more for my money.  It's an advantage if your moving in.

Joe, Thanks and that's the plan.  For them to call me.

Russel, I'm learning that the more you do, the more creative you get.

Aaron, Picasa!!!  I just found it and I love it.  I never could figure out how to get an entrance to really resemble what someone sees driving in.  This was it.

Loreena, Thanks and I'm expecting some calls soon.

I'm loving the entrance shot.  Wondering if my Picnik will do the same?

The whole post is laid out beautifully.  Did you use a table format to line the photos up?  Whenever I have multiple photo posts, it comes out looking a mess!

In fact, as I think about it, you've created a brochure for the neighborhood. One has a clear and complete sense of what's at hand.  Lovely.

Wow!  I always check the local blog entries the staff deem as worthwhile to feature and this one is done very well Lisa.  I actually copied the section where you had the two pictures side by side with text in the middle.  I pasted the section into a code editor to see how that was done.  Nice!

Not to be a wet blanket, but shouldn't this be in Localism instead of here?

Aaron, thanks I wasn't aware!

Juliet, thank you.  There is no secret here.  I use Picasa 3 and was playing around with it and found the collage creator.  This was one of the options.  As far as lining up the pics, I just make sure they are the same size and place one on the right and on on the left.  And it does it.

Pippa, thank you.  I'm learning to really like taking pictures now.

Colleen, There is no secret here.  I just use what we have available in AR.  btw.....what's a code editor?

John, I'm not sure where "here" is.  And I wasn't aware of localism group but will find it.  I joined in January and am still learning the ropes. Thanks

Anna, Your Awesome.........Thank you!
