Cherry Blossom Lane, Hampton Woods, Sammamish

Cherry Blossom Lane, Hampton Woods, Sammamish

NE 20th St, Sammamish WA

Not really called Cherry Blossom Lane, this is NE 20th St in the Hampton Woods Neighborhood in Sammamish.  It just seemed like all the trees were in bloom today.  White and pink blossoms set against the dark green fir trees and the blue sky just looked like it should be renamed, at least for a few days.

Hampton Woods is just outside Sahalee, near Heritage Hills.

Wow what a stunning streetscape.  We are getting close here.  I have a cherry tree right beside my deck.  I can't wait for it to blossom.  Looking forward to my lilacs also.

What a pretty street of blooms!  Cherry Blossom Lane was a good choice of a rename!  Can't wait for the blooms to be out in full force here.

How pretty.  Most of our peach and apple trees have ended their blooming, as the apricots and pears also.  I think they should rename the street.

Beautiful. There's a street in Kitchener here, where I used to live in fact, that is lined all the way up with Cherry Blossoms. They're not in bloom yet, but when they do bloom it's a wonderful sight.

They do need to last longer though :)

We have a street downtown named Ash Street. It is anything but ash. In a couple of weeks it will be solid purple on both sides from the blooming jacaranda trees. I'll have pictures, I hope.
