Is this house built by Casa Bella sold or is it still in foreclosure?

Kathy,

It's already sold but I just listed another one in seven bridges that's also a foreclosure. There are also many other available homes in there too.  Feel free to contact me for more information.

Ron,

I have looked at several homes in the Seven Bridges area and the KC area as a whole.  We are moving to the area this summer and looking for a home to purchase.  Seven Bridges seems to have a lot of homes for sale/forclosures that have sat open for 180+ days.  I was wondering why?  Is this a new development that got caught up in the down turn, developer out of business etc?

Quint,

Seven Bridges is a great community, but it's way outside the city so that hurts it a little (my opinion).  Great homes, great amenities, great landscaping, etc.  I've sold several homes in there and people that live there just love it.  Like most subdivisions in 2008-2010 there were a lot of forclosures, mostly from builders in this subdivision, but now that's all cleaned out.  There are currently no forclosures or short sales and they've even got a few builders starting to build in there again.

Feel free to call me if you want to talk.
