Michael teaches investors and small business owners
how to to avoid paying tax on the gain from the sale
of investment property and the six basic requirements
for a 1031 exchange.

Anyone looking to learn more about 1031 exchanges,
Self Directed IRA's or corporate entities should attend
this meeting.

This is an "open" meeting.
