Bank of America changes Short Sale approval Verbiage!
After 3 tries I finally get Short Sale Approval for my client, but there is the normal
deficiency clause in it. My client is upset and will not sign it. I tell him this verbiage is
standard and as his home is in Calif  & his loan is purchase money the bank can not go after him.
Still, he is very uncomfortable and asks that we ask to have the verbiage deleted. I have tried this
before with no luck. I give the seller the direct email to the team leader at Bank of America and I
message the team leader and negotiator via the Equator & Voila! See the result below.Short Sale Approval Letter
