TVPG Radio on BlogTalkRadio

A few weeks back, one of our guests on TVPG Radio's Get More Business Show was Avy Punwasee from PricingSolutions.com. I really enjoyed Avy's appearance and all of the in-depth information he was able to share with us on the topic of pricing and how to establish prices for your business' products and/or services. I wanted to make this video to highlight one of his valuable insights. Listen to The Get More Business Show for more great pricing advice from Avy Punwasee.

In a free enterprise system, no one really sells anything on a cost-based system.

It's always based on supply and demand.

The only time I can think of anything other is with corporate subsidies to farm products.

And look where that got us - 90% of all food products have corn or corn syrup in them!

Ralph - I agree with you, but many times when someone decides to start their own business, they don't have the knowledge or experience to pick up on that and they end up using the wrong process to establish the price of their products and services.  Thanks for your comment!

Is that to bury the salt?

Marilyn - I'm not familiar with that expression and Google was no help to me with it.  Hopefully you swing back by to explain it to me!  Thanks for commenting.

Last week my daughter was telling me that they put corn syrup in our food to offset the salt that's added to our food. I'll have to ask her more, I should pay more attention sometimes, but I had never heard of it and didn't think I would again!
