Rosalinda, that is a great photo!  I hope that all of our apples didn't freeze, we enjoyed two or three snow storms after the fruit trees blossomed so we will have to wait and see if our apples froze.  I love the photo!

Rosalinda,

Wow, I do love apple blossoms - and what they turn into of course. Don't see any around here. :)

I LOVE apple blossoms, Rosalinda.  My next favorite is orange blossoms.  We get to smell those near my house every spring.

We used to have about 30 apple trees at our previous home and it was wonderful when they were all blooming...not to mention all those different apples to share!

Randy - We used to go apple picking years ago when the kids were young and that prompted me to plant my own apple trees more than 20 years ago.

Diane - I just loved it when we saw so much apple blossoms in the spring.  It means plenty of apples to come soon.

Tony & Darcy - I have two apple trees and this one grows better than the other one.  It is also on the shady part of the yard.  Maybe there's an old cesspool near the area.  I don't really know.  My house is 108 years old and we are now on the sewer system.

Steve - I do love apple trees and so does orange trees but we can not grow orange trees here.  It is much too cold for oranges.

Lisa - It gets too top heavy in September and when the apples fall to the ground, they get too messy sometimes.  But we love the apple tree nonetheless.

Lee & Carol - I only had two.  A Golden Delicious and a Winesap that I planted at the side yard.  They get too big.  They are encroaching on my neighbor's property.  Luckily I have a nice neighbor and they don't mind.
