Kingsbrooke: A Sought After Bristow, VA Community

Bristow, VA's community of Kingsbrooke is a collection of varying size homes, built between 1992 and 2002.  You can find larger single family homes, more modest single family homes, townhouses with and without garages, and even townhouse-style condos in Kingsbrooke.  There is something in this community for virtually every Bristow buyer.

The main entrance to Kingsbrooke is directly off of Linton Hall Road (a byway that runs between Route 28 at the south end and Route 29 at the north end.)  Worthington Drive welcomes you home to Kingsbrooke.  You'll love the perfectly landscaped median as you get your first glimpse of this lovely community.

Living in Kingsbrooke, a resident would have multiple routes of access to Interstate 66, the most popular commuter route for eastbound workers.  Drive a few blocks south on Linton Hall Road and you can take Sudley Manor Drive to the Prince William County Parkway for the most eastbound on-ramp to I-66.  Or, travel north for about three or four miles to Route 29 and access that on-ramp, just one exit westbound of the Prince William Parkway.

Kingsbrooke is also home to Bristow Run Elementary.  Popular with many parents, Kingsbrooke is a community with a self-contained elementary school, one-half block past the main entrance.

I know that spring and summer buyers have one thing on their mindDoes Kingsbrooke have a community pool?  Yes it does.  Kingsbrooke also has tennis courts and a playground surrounding the Kingsbrooke Community Clubhouse.

Winter and fall buyers have another thought in mind. Do the HOA dues cover snow plowing and trash removal?  Yes.  Your Kingsbrooke HOA dues cover snow plowing* and trash removal.

Living in Bristow, VA's community of Kingsbrooke you'll have quick access to a large variety of grocery stores, restaurants and other retail shops.  In fact, one resident who has lived north and south of Route 29, much prefers living south of Route 29 in her Kingsbrooke home due to ease of access to various shopping centers.  You'll also live within a close proximity to the Freedom Center (the largest gym in the area) and, for those special nights out, the Hylton Performing Arts Center.

There is a reason that Kingsbrooke is such a sought after location in Bristow, VA.  Come see for yourself.

*Snow plowing is covered for HOA owned roads in the community.  State taxes cover plowing on VDOT (Virginia Department of Transportation) streets

Claudette and Chris Ann:  Speaking of building single family homes and townhomes in the same "community" like Kingsbrooke, I have seen some fairly large PUDs that include single family homes... (detached and stand alone), zero lot-line or "patio" homes... (still detached and stand alone, but smaller, often with one side of the home built ON the lot line..., townhomes... (row houses all connected), and condominiums (like an apartment building).  (Sometimes, terms and/or definitions of styles of homes may change... state-to-state.)

Building something like this as a PUD from the beginning allows the developer to give the best settings to the full single-family detached homes, and then as the "development" spreads out perhaps toward existing properties, the types of homes change (as described above) so that they gradually meet the types of homes surrounding them.

When professionally done... it provides some excellent housing.

Karen Anne:  It all comes together nicely in Kingsbrooke and the other PUD's in Bristow, Gainesville and Haymarket.
