House Raffle in Littleton Colorado - Denver Metro

By

House Raffle Littleton Colorado - Denver MetroHouse Raffles are quickly becoming an unconventional way of getting a property off the hands of the owners in a down market. And in what the owner of this home in Littleton, CO calls "a horrific market" they have decided to give it a shot.

The real merit in the process is that once enough tickets are sold to pay off the small mortgage the proceeds go to benefit the Shaka Franklin Foundation for Youth.

The goal is to reach 9,000 tickets. Being that the excess goes to worthwhile cause I don't think it will be a hard number to hit.

So how would you like the chance to win a house in Littleton Colorado for $100? To purchase your online raffle ticket just head over to thier website at http://www.EveryoneDeservesAChanceRaffle.org. There is still time to get yours.

House raffles *are* a good way of selling homes, but in a lot of states they're an illegal way. I know in California it's only acceptable if you go through a non-profit, like Yerba Buena Center for the Arts up in SF (I enter the sfraffle.com dream house raffle every year; it's actually ending this month). Folks should just be careful of DIY raffles; they're probably scams in certain areas. Obviously the one above is not, since it benefits another great institution.
