Is the market really that bad right now?

3rd Quarter Sales - July - September

Despite what the local media has been saying, the market hasn't been that bad. Actually, home sales in Green Hills and the Hillsboro/Vandy area have increased compared to last quarter. In addition, the average home prices in those areas has increased.

The areas that have fallen tremendously are Crieve Hall, Spring Hill, and Thompson's Station. The average price of homes in Thompson's Station has fallen, while Crieve Hall and Spring Hill are still rising.

To get a more detailed look at this information, check out How's The Market? on my website where you can see sales by quarter, average home prices, square footage, days on the market, and much more.
