The Whole Package -- 120 Hours Classroom, 40 Hours Field Training

By
Home Inspector with King of the House Home Inspection, Inc

The next state approved home inspector training course, taught at Bellingham Technical College, will begin on July 12, 2010. I have been receiving many phone calls and Emails about this class and it seems that interest is high. This will be the first class we will have taught after the full home inspector licensing law is implemented, on July 1, 2010.

The Bellingham Technical College course includes not only 120 hours of classroom training.

But, after that, students receive 40 hours of state approved field training.

When the course is completed successfully, students will be prepared to take the Washington state home inspector licensing exam. BTC has materials and support for students during and even after the class is complete.

Check out "This Day In History" -- music and vintage television from the 1950's through the 1980's.  I enjoy writing these articles because they take me back to my days in radio broadcasting. Click on Elvis' gold record, below, to revisit those golden hits of yesteryear.
