Motivational Power Quote

Focus on Today

"Never let yesterday use up

too much of today."

Will Rodgers, humorist

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Focus on today  . . . . and build for tomorrow

Our activity of today becomes the building blocks for our future. Make each day a productive day that will contribute to our future success.

When you look back at your past take your positive experiences, enjoy the memories and use them as a positive spring broad into your future.

If you're looking into the past in terms of negative experience use the memories for a positive learning experience. Look at the experience and what when wrong, what you will do difference in the future to eliminate negatives in your future.

Carrying too much of our past with us drains our energy in things that are now history. Use your energy today for the things that will affect your future.

Focus your efforts on productive activities today and as a result those activities will make the most of your day and become your resources for your tomorrows.

What is important is to live in the present focus on the future and to leave your past behind you

What a clever man Will Rodgers was. I visited the memorial for him and Wiley Post in Barrow Alaska last year...

Lou,

This is an excellent reminder to focus on today and not try to relive or change yesterday. :)
