Believe that you have the answers  

Sales professional are basically professional problem solvers.  

When you're faced with a problem have faith in your problem solving skills to come up with the right answer.   

Every problem has an answer and a way to effectively solve the problem. Our role is to find the best answer and apply a remedy to successful solve the problem.  

Our customers want solutions not excuses. When our customers are faced with a problem they want us to take control of the issues and resolve the problem.   

Successful people are seen as problem solvers.  The person that continues solves problems is seen an expert.  

Believe in your problem solving skills and take the required actions to solve the problem.

When I was a project manager leading a team, this was one of my tenets... I did not want to hear of a "problem" unless the person also had put some thought into it, and had come up with a potential solution... We would take that as a basis and brainstorm to ensure we fully understood the problem and that the solution was either worthy of execution or that we needed further investigation...
