One of the greatest ancillary benefits of writing a daily blog post is that I have crafted a non-confrontational style of communication.
In order to appeal to the broadest range of readers, it is essential to present information in a manner that is not only informative, but also in a way that is not condescending of offensive.
The result is the genesis of an online persona that is familiar to those that are kind enough to regularly peruse these pages.
The problem is that I have a little trouble when it comes to applying these passive personality principles to the offline world of genuine human interaction.
I have also had a must-win attitude accompanied by a fiery temperament and I have to really work hard at suppressing my urge to pounce on any prey that happens to stand in my way.
I have come to realize that I have an incredible amount of time invested in solidifying an online image of compassion, understanding, and credibility. And so it would be foolhardy to extinguish the authoritative aura of a calm demeanor with a reactionary outburst!
So blogging has not only enhanced my online celebrity.
It has actually made me a better person! One post at a time.
