This report covers the area of Dallas North of LBJ
Sales were off in June by 12%. We did see an increase of 16% in the average sales price and an 11% increase in the median sales price. this was not do to a general rise in prices but was caluse by more homes selling in the upper price ranges pulling the averages up.
The big problem is in the 54% decline in pending sales. this does not bode well for next month. We also say a 10% increase in new listings and a 21% increase in active listings. The current supply is 8.1 months.
