Why Hire a Buyer's Agent When Buying a Home? Here are the 3 Reasons!

By
Real Estate Agent with Reece & Nichols Realtors-Kansas City

Many times home buyers are excited about starting the fun process (okay, some think that it can be overwhelming and stressful, too)--of buying a home. Maybe it is their first home, a larger home or they are even thinking about building a brand new home. In any event, it is definitely an experience. I want to make sure people look at it as the major financial transaction that it is. It is a big deal! For most of us, it is the single largest financial transaction that we will ever make in our lives. It is not to be taken lightly. Having said that, knowing that you have an expert looking out for you and navigating you through this exciting process, you can relax a bit and have fun. What I tell my clients when we first start working together is that this should be fun! You get to go through house after house - looking, thinking, imagining and then YOU get to chose which one will be YOUR's! Wow. Your very own house. A whirlwind of personal Open Houses scheduled just for you based on your likes and criteria, by YOUR Buyer's Agent. You actually choose who you want to hire to guide you through this process. And, a friend of a friend may not always be the best choice for you at this time...

I know, it seems so easy - we watch the shows on HGTV & the other networks, right? ANYBODY can negotiate successfully and easily to buy a house and end up with a happy ending. But, wait, not so fast...Please watch my video below to find out the 3 Reasons to hire a Buyer's Agent that they may not always tell you about on the 30 minute tv shows. We all need experts in our corner when making big decisions. The second reason is a big surprise that most people don't realize!

Then, if you're in the Kansas City real estate market to buy, or sell a home contact me. I'll answer any questions that you may have about hiring an agent in our market. I truly love working with well informed buyers and sellers!

Stacey - This is a great information about yourself and what you do for a buyer. Is this something you send out to your new clients and/or to someone visiting your website?
