Friday Morning Coffee with Charles discussing – Charlottesville Real Estate and Homes

By
Real Estate Broker Owner with Charlottesville Real Estate Solutions

Looking for a high of 97 degrees today in Charlottesville and I already wish I was having Ice coffee this morning.

Today I am meeting new referral clients and showing them the area and a few homes.

When it is hot like this it is always a challenge, but I have a secret.

I hope to swing by some new construction today too (see photo) but today's schedule includes kids so timing can be unpredictable.

Showing Charlottesville Real Estate , one of my favorite things to do with clients so if you see me driving around the Charlottesville or Crozet area, give me a wave or honk!

Call or email me if you need anything

Charles

Cargo shorts works well for men.  In fact, Gordon wears shorts all summer.  But I'm afraid I really can't get away with this...

I seldom wear shorts with a client unless it's someone I am very comfortable with. Of course, if the temps are around 100 then practicality takes precident over style

Bring a LOT of water on those long days in the son. Even though the homes may be air conditioned and your car is also, there is still a lot of heat.

Charles,

Sounds like you had a hot one....overall we have not had it too bad this year....we typically are high 80's to 50's at night...and I love that.

Good luck selling your new construction homes.  That one looks pretty nice!
