Last week I helped a CSU graduate student buy her first home.  It was a foreclosure and needed some TLC.  After a week I asked here how things were going.  This was her response:

Everything is going well.  We definitely are neck deep and exhausted every night but we're slowly chipping away at everything.  It's amazing what a fresh coat of paint can do and how much better the house smells since ripping up that carpet.  Once again, thanks for all your help with getting the house.  I couldn't be happier (well, I'll be much happier when it is done)!
