My team members held three open house events on Sunday, and all three were very successful happenings. The number of visitors totaled thirty-eight individuals (19 couples.) This was an ideal turnout at all of the properties, and from that attendance, we expect two or three transactions in the very near future. There were two couples from that group who were directed to our open house via their buyers' agent. The remaining attended from finding the open house blogs from a Google search. How good is that??
Open house events have been a blessing for my team members. They require a few hours of devotion to the real estate business on a Sunday afternoon, but the results are well worth the dedicated time. We have open house events every Sunday afternoon, and I post open house blogs on a Thursday morning to allow plenty of time for a Google search.
