This weekend is Woodbury Days and One Call Property Care will have a booth at the business fair. Community Festivals such as this are an excellent way to meet potential clients. From homeowners to homebuilders, lots of people will be there.

With so many booths and activities to choose from, what is the best way to attract customers? Giveaways are always good, but surely everyone with a business booth will be giving something away. Has anyone ever participated in this type of event, and what have you found to be the best ways to generate return on investment. What do you give away, what is your marketing strategy. All comments are welcome.

BBQ.... sell food.  Raffle off a TV set, ipod or something.  We have lifestyles brochures and catalogs that we give away.  We have maps with our logo printed on the cover that we give away.  Print drink holders or cups with your real estate logo, email address and phone number on it.  One thing you need to do is get into the mind of the consumer so they will choose you over anybody else.
