Often during the course of the day, I'll do something on the computer where I'll think "that's really cool, there's probably a lot of people that don't know you can do that!" I have a Facebook Page called Craig's Classroom where I often post these tips and you can follow if you are interested. Meanwhile, my favorite tips are often too small in themselves to create a whole article on. I decided to start this blog series where I compile 5 tips at a time. Here is the first of this series.
Click a file then momentary pause, click it again - goes into RENAME mode
as ZOOM command
(Internet Browser, MS-Word, MS-Excel)
tip: Ctrl+0 (that's a zero) resets to 100%
in browser when you need it
Double Click the title bar
of a window to Maximize it
(double-click again to restore back after)
captures your ACTIVE window
(i.e. screenshot) as graphic on your clipboard -
You can then paste it somewhere
(in MS-Word for example)
have you ever wanted to print out a list of files
in a folder, this is one way to do it
WindowsKey+M - shortuct to Minimize All - (Windows key commands are often overlooked)
