Loon Mountain area seasonal rental, white mountains New Hampshire

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Alpine Lakes Real Estate Inc.,

A bit off the beaten path this condominium offers a wonderful floor plan and is extremely affordable compared to units of this size closer to the slopes. Jack O'Lantern resort is a Golf side complex, offering Ski rentals 6 miles from Loon mtn. 15 miles from Waterville Valley and 14 miles from Cannon Mtn...ski resorts. Because there is no shuttle service to the mountain offered at many of the other "closer" resorts the price is a third less than places five miles away ($6,000 here Vs. $9,000 for a 3 bedroom & loft closer to Loon).

Livingroom-light spacious

loft family area

master

mountain view from property

kitchen

Dining area- door to lockoff

bedroom 2

bedroom 3

clubhouse

covered bridge

tennis courts

Here is what is offered at the golf side condos:

3 bedroom & loft, duplex plan with only one neighbor, Gas heat and hot water, Access to the state wide snowmobile trail system, cross country skiing along the Pemigewasset river, Indoor pool , hot-tub, and club house featuring a game room and recreation activities for the times you are not skiing. Direct Highway access and the care and comfort of exterior maintenance plowing shoveling and emergency on-site services. $6,000 for a 6 months rental, tenant pays utilities.

The guests love the brand new indoor pool ...We also have a lease option to purchase with a condo listed currently at $164,900 this is a $100/ square foot price for these 1,650 square feet units. * subject to change sale or withdrawal from the market*

Steve, what a beautiful area you live and work in - looks like a good rental for someone thinking about buying in your area and wanting to see what life is like there before making a purchase!

Steve great looking property, I love the clubhouse in winter, winter is on it's way, so we segway from golf to skiiing. BTW that coverd bridge is a relica of the famous Sachs Mill Bridge in Gettysburg. It is the bridge that the confederates used to retreat from the battle. it is the same color as well, I will send a pic

Sharon, this is a nice property to live in full time or a great rental...the golf season pays good money to rent and yet we are close enough to 3 major ski resorts that the winter offer nice recreation as well.

Gerry, that would be very cool...we are seeing much of our winter seasonal inventory get grabbed up, time is running short for those seeking shelter for the winter.

Debbie...this is a great opportunity for a winter family...since golf is over, rental expectations are lower, but that doesn't diminish the floor plan and amenities for the money!

Kathleen, the general idea of the winter seasonal is to leave your equipment near the mountain and have a place anytime you want to come for the ski year, kids in racing programs etc...Move your stuff up and take it all back home at the end of the rental.
