Is Now The Best Time To Sell A Home In College Station?

The short English version of my answer is ...Absolutely!  Some sellers are concerned that perhaps selling in the fall season in College Station and  Aggieland might result in a less than desirable sale. My reply to that is ...

ONLY if you allow it to happen.

Sometimes sellers influece their destiny in a negative way.

                                                                   HOW'S THAT ?

  •    By not properly preparing their home to achieve maximum desirability and maximum price.
  •   By failing to reduce their price soon enough when the economy and market dictates it. Don't caught in that trap!
  •   By failing to allow reason to overide emotion when negotiating......this is especially true in the fall  season here in Aggieland because investors are seeking bargain basement deals at this time....don't allow that to irritate you!

If you are considering placing your home on the market but are worried about the timing...then give me a call and let me put my 30 plus years of experience to work for you!

Trey, your words are SO TRUE. Anytime is a great time to sell if you have the right agent, but in a challenging market it is even more important that a seller have the right agent.  Preparing their home and focusing on the positive energy (rather than sabatoging negative talk) is equally important. Thanks for sharing.

Very good advice for sellers, Trey. I hope they give you a call so you can help them get rolling.
